Today my guest, Mark Walsh, takes us on his own journey of becoming embodied.
ABOUT MARK WALSH
Mark Walsh has dedicated his adult life to studying the “embodied” approach to being a leadership trainer. He founded the Embodied Facilitator Course, Embodied Yoga Principles (EYP) and Europe’s first embodied business training company, Integration Training. 20+ years of aikido training and teaching in five continents. He went through a thorough experience of training in almost every physical sport, all for the sake of embodiment.
He has taught in fifty countries and made embodiment available online through a YouTube channel with over 14 million hits. More recently, he founded The Embodiment Podcast, and in 2018, launched the ground-breaking Embodiment Conference, which was attended by over 15,000 people.
